Exhibit with ISBBB 2014

ISBBB 2014 invites businesses, organizations, and industries to exhibit alongside the poster presentations. The setting will provide networking opportunities and the promotion of sustainable biobased products to a diverse audience including university and corporate researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, representatives from local, provincial and federal government agencies, businesses, industries and other organizations. If you have a product, mission or effort you would like to share, please consider exhibiting with us.  

Two premium booth spaces are offered with an 8 foot table within a 10 foot space at the front of the exhibition hall. An additional 8 booth spaces are available, including two corner spaces, with a 6 foot table within an 8 foot space. Please discuss any special display needs with conference planners in advance of the event.

Please note that prices are noted in Canadian currency and do not include applicable taxes (13% HST).

• Registration  

Exhibitor registration includes a full conference registration for 1 representative from the group or business exhibiting. Additional representatives must register separately and pay the general registration fee.

• 2014 Exhibit Hall Dates and Hours

The exhibit area will be open during the two poster presentations, and it is recommended that exhibit representatives make themselves available during breaks on those days. To maximize the benefit to participants, exhibits should be erected by the first morning break on day 2 of the conference, and should be left in place through the last afternoon break on day 3 of the conference. All exhibits and associated materials must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on May 23rd.
